1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days with standard shipping. Choose Express Shipping for faster delivery.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Balloons must be unopened and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Are your balloons helium compatible?

Yes. Most of our latex and foil balloons can be filled with helium. Foil balloons usually float longer (up to 2–4 weeks), while latex balloons typically float 8–24 hours with helium.

6. What sizes of balloons do you offer?

We offer a wide range:

  • Standard 11–12 inch latex balloons
  • Giant 18–36 inch balloons
  • Jumbo number & letter balloons
  • Balloon bouquets and arches

7. Are your balloons safe for children?

Yes. All our balloons meet or exceed U.S. toy safety standards (ASTM). However, we recommend adult supervision as uninflated balloons and broken pieces can be a choking hazard for small children.

8. Do you sell balloon kits or decoration sets?

Yes. We offer complete party decoration kits including balloons, ribbons, balloon tape, and accessories — perfect for easy setup.

9. How should I store unused balloons?

Store unused balloons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Keep them in their original packaging for best condition.

10. Do your foil balloons come inflated or flat?

Most foil (mylar) balloons are shipped flat and require helium or air to inflate. Some large bouquets may be available pre-inflated upon request.

11. Can I inflate the balloons with air instead of helium?

Yes. All latex and foil balloons can be inflated with air. They won’t float but look beautiful when hung or used in arches and garlands.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track it in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my balloons arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly send replacements or issue a refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
